2. Responding to a DMCA Notice
If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who uploaded the content. The user may submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error.
3. Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification by providing the following information:
– Your physical or electronic signature.
– Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
– A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
– Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
5. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate, notified to you by email. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
